I have been working in the counseling field since 2003. Throughout my career, I’ve learned that the relationship between therapist and client is one of the most important elements in creating meaningful change. When clients reflect on their therapy experience, they often remember the moments they felt truly seen and supported.

My goal in every session is to create a nurturing, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you feel valued, understood, and empowered to explore your inner world. I believe therapy is a journey of self-discovery and personal growth, and that transformation happens when we feel safe enough to look within.

I have extensive experience working with individuals, couples, and families, though my current focus is on adults ages 18 and older. My approach integrates a variety of therapeutic modalities, with a strong emphasis on Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help clients heal from trauma, anxiety, and other challenges that impact daily life.

In addition to traditional weekly sessions, I offer EMDR Intensives, a focused and personalized format designed for those who wish to make deeper, more efficient progress in a shorter period of time. EMDR Intensives provide extended time for processing and integration, allowing clients to address long-standing patterns and unresolved experiences in a concentrated, supportive setting. Each intensive is thoughtfully tailored to your goals and readiness, providing a safe and effective way to move forward in your healing journey.

Outside of my work, I find balance and peace in nature. In 2013, I achieved a lifelong dream of becoming a certified PADI scuba diver. The ocean has always been my sanctuary, and I find tranquility beneath its surface. Additionally, the forests and mountains provide me with a peaceful retreat. My husband and I make it a point to visit the White Mountains a few times each year.

Finding balance in life can be challenging, and when we’re not feeling our best, it affects us emotionally, physically, and in our relationships. If you’re ready to heal, grow, or simply find your way back to yourself, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
